VOC Catalyst (Industrial & Stationary & Petro-chemical Emission Catalyst)
VOC catalyst, using precious metals and/or non-precious metals as carrier catalysts can effectively purify complex pollutants and FHC-containing pollutants. The catalyst has been widely used in various industrial processes (such as chemical production, printing workshops, paint workshops, electronics and food processing industries, etc.), as well as in the purification of sewage and groundwater.
In the production of PET and PTA, inert gas is often used in the post-heat treatment process of polymer materials. A large number of impurities in the inert gas are organic compounds, such as aldehydes, ethylene glycol, and oligomers. These impurities in the inert gas can be removed through the catalytic oxidation reaction in the circulation process. The WFEC catalyst can react with the minimum amount of additional oxygen. In addition, the WFEC catalyst can also be used in the exhaust gas purification process of the PTA device.
