Car Exhaust Catalyst

As one of the most reliable emission control products of vehicle, honeycomb ceramic is used at the heart of catalytic converters to help reduce exhaust from gasoline engines. Honeycomb Ceramic is honeycomb monoliths containing thousands of parallel channels. The channel walls are then coated with precious metals (PGM) catalysts that convert noxious emissions into less harmful gases and water vapor. Our Gasoline Engine Catalyst Substrate is made of cordierite material, which is raw material molding and synthesized cordierite after burning.

According to the China 6 / Euro 6 emission standards for gasoline cars, WEIFU has developed heat-resistant and highly active TWC to convert the CO, THC and NOx in the exhaust gas. By controlling the micro physical structure of alumina and oxygen-storage materials, WEIFU uses less precious metal to meet the durability requirements. The TWC can be installed to manifold, close coupling or chassis.
